Before I was a business mentor and wellness strategist, I spent 23 years in public education as both a teacher and school counselor. I guided others through identity shifts and life transitions, while quietly feeling the weight of my own.

Like so many women, I hit a wall.

The career that once fulfilled me became suffocating. My energy was depleted. My body gave me signals I could no longer ignore. And beneath it all, I felt the ache of being out of alignment with my true self.

That breakdown became a breakthrough.

I became Reiki certified. I realigned my energy and reconnected with my intuition.
Through that healing, I began building a new life—one where wellness, freedom, and integrity lead the way.

I transitioned out of the system that no longer served me and created a business rooted in clarity, purpose, and multiple aligned income streams. Now, I support other women as they reclaim their energy, redefine success, and build lives that reflect who they really are.

My brand is the result of both deep healing and bold leadership. It’s where strategy meets soul.

I’ve been married to my college sweetheart for 35 years.

I'm a proud mom to two incredible adult daughters and a grandma to two amazing little humans.

I’m also a pup mom—loyal, spoiled, and always close by.

My yard is my sanctuary. I grow citrus, pomegranates, and medicinal herbs with care and intention.

I believe in the healing power of plants, energy, movement, and presence.

I train for and run half marathons—not for speed, but for strength and clarity.
