Longevity advocate

About Heather Derwin Eatherly

Heather Derwin Eatherly is a longevity advocate for women who know they’re not done yet.

Because for many women, life after 45 isn’t the end of anything.

It’s the beginning of a longer, more intentional phase... one that requires different decisions, different priorities, and a different way of moving forward.

After decades of real life, work, relationships, responsibilities, and everything in between, something shifts.

Time feels different.
Clarity sharpens.

And the question becomes:

What do I do with the years I still have ahead?

Heather spent 23 years in public education, including 17 years as a school counselor.

She’s helped people navigate change, uncertainty, identity, and life in the moments when everything feels unclear.

That experience shaped how she sees midlife:

Most people aren’t stuck because they lack motivation.
They’re stuck because they don’t know how to move through this stage of life with intention.

Now, as a repurposed teacher, Heather helps women use longevity to their advantage taking the skills they’ve built over decades and reworking them into something that fits the next chapter.

Because this isn’t about starting over.

It’s about recognizing that you may still have decades ahead and learning how to use what you already know to build something that supports that future.

Her work lives at the intersection of longevity, real life, and forward movement.

She speaks to women who are:

rethinking identity after 45

considering new income paths or career shifts

letting go of what no longer fits

and trying to figure out how to move forward without wasting time or energy

Heather is also a Reiki practitioner, with a deep respect for energy, intuition, and the quieter ways people realign with themselves as they move through different life stages.

At her core, she is a fierce advocate for children and animals grounded in compassion, protection, and a deep respect for life.

Her approach is simple, honest, and grounded in reality.

She believes:

longevity changes how we think about time

you don’t skip the messy middle,,, you move through it

and most people don’t need more motivation… they need a better way to start

That belief led her to build simple, automated systems that help women repurpose their skills and move through this phase of life faster and more efficiently, without getting stuck in the process.

Because when you understand longevity, you stop drifting and start using your time with intention.

Outside of her work, Heather lives a life rooted in nature, simplicity, and connection finding as much value in time outside, animals, and quiet moments as she does in building what comes next.

Her personal reflections on healing, life, and deeper transformation can be found at Loyally Healing.

If you’re in that space between where you’ve been and where you’re going…

you’re not alone and you still have time.
